At the top of the Sales Opportunities, Activity Report, Order Book and Product Sales reports, you will see that there is a choice that says Report Setup. Press this and you get 3 choices:
Retrieve. Here you can find previously saved report layouts. You must tap Generate for the report to appear. If you open multiple report layouts in a row, then you must generate the report to see the last report you opened. You can also click the link icon to the left of the report layout name, and you will see a URL that goes directly to that report. For example, the URL can be used to bookmark the dashboard, to be able to click directly on that link on the dashboard, and not have to go the entire path to find the report and then retrieve the report layout you want.
Save as new. Once you have created a report layout that you want to use repeatedly, you can enter a name for the report layout and save it. You can set it as available only to yourself, or use the report by default. By default, the report means that everyone with access to this report also has access to this saved setup.
Update active. Here you can update the report layout that you have opened, and for example change the name of the report layout.
If you have saved a report and want to make changes to the report layout of that report, it must be saved again with a new name.
