To place commission on orders or invoices, first add item lines to the order, and then click the Provision button in the top menu.
Add commission recipients by clicking Add. There you can choose between searching for customers, contacts and employees who can be added as commission recipients. Checking the box to calculate item lines means you have to specify commissions per item line. Then enter the percentage or amount directly per commission recipient and per item line.
To specify commissions directly on the order / invoice without specifying per item, remove the check to calculate item lines, and enter the amount or percentage per commission recipient directly.
It is possible to add or change commissions after the order has been invoiced.
