Navigation
When you enter the Invoice module, the first thing you encounter will be a Dashboard. There you will see a graphical representation of sales per month, order value per order status and best-selling products. In addition, lists of recent events, accounts receivable and most valuable customers will be displayed.
The accounts receivable shown here only take into account whether an invoice is either paid in full or not at all, and it does not take into account other postings. For an overview of partial payments, see Ecoscope
The main navigation menu is on the left, where you will find, in addition to Dashboards:
Order processing - here you can create an order / invoice.
Order list - Here you can see an overview of orders that have not yet been invoiced.
Invoice List - shows all invoices and credit notes.
Reports - provides links to current order and invoice reports.
Layout - allows you to tailor the order processing image to each user's preferences.
Settings - contains all order / invoice settings and standard conditions for them.
Layout
Here you can customize how you want the image in Order Processing to be for you in custom layout templates. By default, there are 4 standard templates adapted to different order processing modes.
If you double-click one of the templates inside, you will see the different fields inside the specific templates. The fields under "Information boxes with order fields" are the fields that come across the shopping basket in the Order Processing. "Order Line Fields" shows which columns should be included in the shopping cart. Available fields to the right of the view show the different fields that can be included in the different views in the Order Processing.
To set a specific template by default, click on it in the list and then click on "Standard".
If you want to create your own template for setup, do this by clicking “New” and then name it. For information boxes with order fields, click “Add” to create a container / box that will contain the fields you want. You can also drag fields from the right panel into the box to add them.
When creating information boxes, it is important to see how this will look in the order processing so that there are not too many fields in each container. Several containers can be created by clicking on "Add", but again we recommend that you do not use too many containers. Note that it is not possible to change the order of the containers, but that names can be changed by clicking on the icon just to the right of the intersection in the upper right corner of each container. Order line fields are simply moved to "order line fields". The field at the top will be the field at the far left of the order line, and the one at the bottom will be at the far right of the order line.
If you think one of our standard templates is good, but you want to make some small changes, you can double-click the one you want to make the change to, and then click "Copy" above the name. Then all fields will be left blank, but you can rename. Now you can add and remove fields as you wish.
If one of your self-made templates becomes available to the entire company, you can check this in the top part of the view before saving.
