MyCustomers is a site that gives the partners of 24SevenOffice an overview of their own customers, accesses and consumption, so it should be easier to keep control of these. In addition, you can extract reports that you can export to excel and process further if you wish.
My Customers is only available to 24SevenOffice's partners.
How to import order bases in My Customers
In MyCustomers you can generate an order basis based on the consumption the clients have had for a selected period. The order basis is imported into the order list contained in the invoice module and can be invoiced from there.
Consumption is divided per client into:
• EHF
• Contract
invoice
• eF invoice • Autopost
• SMS
Step 1: Create products
If you have not created products that are used as a basis for billing consumption, you must create customized products to be billed. You are free to name the products at your own discretion.
In order processing in invoice module you can create new products. Add a premium to the price so you have a profit.
Invoicing >> Manage order >> Products (dropdown) >> New product.
Write down the product numbers as these must be matched in the import.
Step 2: Import the basis of the order list
Go to the My Customers portal. Remember that you must be in your internal client when you open My Customers.
Then, click on the statistics icon in My Customers and the report "Generate Distribution Order Basis"
Before importing the foundation, you must map the products.
