Because all partners have an individual commission on "finished packages", each partner has to make an individual calculation of their commission on these.
Invoice basis for clients created by resellers in the Client Management module can be downloaded from the following page: https://app.24SevenOffice.com/modules/clientadministration/#clientmovements (you must be logged into this client for the link to work. )
To retrieve the report click on "Reports", select the period for which you want the report and press "Download invoice basis". Note that the downloaded file is in CSV format and it is recommended to open it in Excel.
After downloading the file, it is recommended to apply filters to the different columns of the report for a better overview. To do this, simply select all the column names in the report and click on Data in the Excel top menu, and then click Filter.
Sort the "Package" column by ticking only the packages:
- Finance and Accounting
- CRM
- complete
- project
These are the packages each partner receives individual commission for resale. The commission rate can be found in the agency agreement you have with 24SevenOffice.
The "Commissions per Month" column will now be 0 down. Change this column to column J "Total amount per month" multiplied by your agency's commission rate Note! The commission is written in decimal. Ex. = J4 * 0.1. You can "drag" the formula down all the lines by holding in the right corner of the cell and dragging down. Remove the filter on "Packages" by checking the "check all" in the filter.
To find your total commission that can be invoiced 24Seven Office Labs AS, sum column K "Commissions per month" to an optional location in the spreadsheet. = SUMMER (first line to last line). This is your total commission.

During a transitional period, until all customers have moved into the new client administration, invoice and commission handling will be carried out in separate ways for the old InStore orders and orders made in Client administration. This means that you will receive your own invoices for InStore customers and for clients in the Client Administration and you will have one commission basis in InStore and one in the Client Administration. You receive the commission from InStore from us.
