How to Search in CRM |
Search for existing customers or contacts by searching the search box in the top menu. This search searches among customers, contacts and customers located in an external search service. Shortcuts when you have done a search are to use Tab to switch between Customers, Contacts and the external search service, and up and down arrow keys to scroll through the customers, contacts and hits in the external search service. If you find the one you are looking for, press Enter to open, for example, the customer card of the customer you wanted.
If you find what you are looking for only in the external search service, it is added to your CRM by clicking on it / pressing Enter when it is highlighted. Then it is automatically saved.
If you enter an incomplete customer name in the search box, such as entering only parts of the company name, storing it, and adding a full name afterwards, you can do so as follows:
Enter the incomplete customer name in the search field and click New Customer or Option New Contact and it will be automatically saved at the same time as the customer card / contact card is opened. To change the customer name, click on the pencil icon, correct the name and then save.
As soon as you enter the CRM, you will go directly to the dashboard. This is a fixed dashboard that applies to CRM only, and you cannot change which boxes / widgets are available here. There is an overview of your calendar (today's meetings), the company's last registered companies, top 10 sellers for this year, my pipeline this month, sales this month, and my pipeline this quarter.
