Content search by name, email address and subject text.
If you want to search for specific folders, you must click into the desired folder in the folder structure and then do your search. Clicking the arrow to the right of the search box allows you to search for all items in Inbox and Sent Items (this does not include Deleted Items, Archive, and Junk / Junk Box). Clicking on the "double arrow" gives you the opportunity to specify the search by date, sender / recipient and subject text.
Option for adjusting the reading panel
It is possible to change the reading panel according to how the elements are presented on the screen. The selected reading panel and adjustments you make will be stored in your browser and will be remembered until the next time you log into the system. If you change your browser you will have to redo the settings.
Link symbol.
The symbol indicating that e-mail is linked to customer / contact / project has changed.
Drag and drop email
You can drag and drop email directly to the desired folder name to move the email.
Viewing e-mails
The e-mail viewer displays 50 e-mails at a time. At the bottom of the viewport, you can scroll back and forth between the different pages of email, as well as find an update button for the viewport.
Hotkeys
- Delete = Delete Selected Email
- Shift + N = New Email
- Shift + R = Reply
- Shift + A = Reply to All
- Shift + F = Forward
- Right Arrow Key = Archive
Manually link email to customer, contact or project
This is done by selecting the emails you want to link, and then clicking the Link button in the top menu.
Click New Link at the bottom of the dialog box that appears and select where you want to link the email and continue searching for the desired entity. When you have searched the desired company / contact / project and added it for a link, the link is saved in the click Close .
Flagging Email
By right-clicking on an email you can flag it for follow-up. All "flagged" emails can be found in a separate menu to the right of the page.
All "flagged" emails that are past due are highlighted in red text and moved to the Today category . You can right-click on email in the list to change the flagging or to open the current email. Click Show / Hide Follow-Ups in the top menu to view / hide the list of "flagged" emails.
